All work is accepted on the understanding that these terms of business shall be binding between the customer and this company.
Prices include VAT and postage and packing within the UK. (VAT is the standard rate of 17.5%)
Please be aware that the colours you choose on the Big Red Banners website cannot be precisely matched when printing due to the differences between colour reproduction on the web, monitor calibration and 4 colour printing.
All banner sizes are quoted in metres. Each banner will be incorporate a discreet footer with the text: "www.bigredbanners.co.uk". (NB. 1 Metre is 3.28 feet - approx.)
Banners will be delivered within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery is on a next day service by courier. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. This service is currently available to UK-mainland customers only.
Payment is made online via Paypal. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
All prices are in GBP - Great British Pounds.
If your banner arrives damaged we will make every effort to ensure it is replaced as soon as possible.
If we make a mistake on your order then we will happily reprint your banner or refund your money.
Mistakes can happen while ordering so please ensure your details are correct before placing your order. Your details can not be altered once your order has gone into production.
If returning a banner, please return it in its original packaging (unless badly damaged) together with a letter explaining the problem. Please use recorded delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Work is accepted by Chromagene on the specific understanding that under the 1988 Copyright and Patents Act, the copyright release or license to copy and reproduce has been received by our customers.
